Louis Erard Unveils the Limited-Edition Gravée Main

Since 2021, Louis Erard has been redefining the boundaries of Métiers d’Art, from Grand Feu enamel and guilloché to wood marquetry, and soon, gold wire inlay. Now, Gravée Main opens a new chapter, paying tribute to one of the oldest crafts in watchmaking hand engraving.
Gravée Main represents a new milestone in Louis Erard’s Métiers d’Art series. This limited edition of 99 unique timepieces places hand engraving at center stage, with every metal element entirely engraved and finished by hand, a meticulous process that requires more than 50 hours of work.

Girard-Perregaux

is a Swiss luxury watch brand that was founded in 1852. The company is known for its technical innovation, exceptional craftsmanship, and elegant designs.
Over the years, Girard Perregaux has introduced many groundbreaking watchmaking technologies, including the first high-frequency movement in 1965, and the first wristwatch with a mechanical movement that featured a quartz regulator in 1970.

Girard Perregaux watches are highly regarded by watch collectors and enthusiasts for their precision, reliability, and timeless design. The brand's most famous model is the Tourbillon with Three Gold Bridges, which features three parallel bridges made of gold that hold the movement components in place.

Today, Girard Perregaux produces a range of high-end timepieces, including dress watches, sports watches, and complicated watches such as tourbillons and minute repeaters. The company is owned by Sowind Group SA, which purchased  Girard-Perregaux brand from the French group Kering in 2022.
