Louis Erard Unveils the Limited-Edition Gravée Main

Since 2021, Louis Erard has been redefining the boundaries of Métiers d’Art, from Grand Feu enamel and guilloché to wood marquetry, and soon, gold wire inlay. Now, Gravée Main opens a new chapter, paying tribute to one of the oldest crafts in watchmaking hand engraving.
Gravée Main represents a new milestone in Louis Erard’s Métiers d’Art series. This limited edition of 99 unique timepieces places hand engraving at center stage, with every metal element entirely engraved and finished by hand, a meticulous process that requires more than 50 hours of work.

Introducing Norqain Unveils the Wild One “Stan the Man” Limited Edition

In a collaboration with Swiss tennis champion Stan Wawrinka

Norqain has quickly established itself as a promising name in Swiss watchmaking. With a strong focus on sports watches and a full commitment to Swiss-made production, the brand gained significant attention in 2022 with the launch of the Wild One collection, which later expanded to include chronograph complications, and a smaller 39mm case size.

In 2024, the brand welcomed Swiss tennis champion Stan Wawrinka as its ambassador with the launch of the Wild ONE Skeleton Coral and Gecko. Building on that partnership, this year Norqain joins forces with the Olympic gold medalist once again to present the Wild One “Stan the Man” Limited Edition.

The watch features a 42mm case measuring 12.3mm thick with a lug-to-lug span of 49.4mm. Its construction is complex, made up of 25 individual components. At its core is a sandblasted titanium container housing the movement, secured by a proprietary NORTEQ carbon composite cage. Surrounding it is a yellow-green rubber shock absorber inspired by the color of a tennis ball. On the left side, the Norqain plate incorporates actual tennis ball fibers, a personal nod to Wawrinka’s sport. Water resistance is rated at 200 metres, supported by a screw-down crown.

Turning the watch over reveals a sapphire caseback decorated with Wawrinka’s image along with the dates of his three Grand Slam victories: the 2014 Australian Open, the 2015 French Open, and the 2016 US Open.

The skeletonised black dial features rhodium-plated, diamond-cut hands and indices filled with yellow-green Super-LumiNova, while the minute track and inner flange echo the same tones. The yellow-green shock absorber forms a visible ring around the dial, reinforcing its sporting identity.

Powering the watch is the automatic calibre NB08S, an openworked movement based on the Sellita SW200. Certified by COSC as a chronometer, it beats at 28,800 vph (4Hz) and delivers a 41-hour power reserve.

The watch is fitted with a black rubber strap featuring yellow-green accents and a tennis net-inspired pattern, offered with either a blackened pin buckle or a folding clasp.

It is limited to 85 pieces, a reference to Wawrinka’s birth year of 1985, and each watch comes in a polished chrome ball-shaped presentation box accompanied by a tennis ball signed by Wawrinka. The watch is priced at CHF 5,950, equivalent to AED 26,600.
