First introduced in 2021, the Octo Finissimo Perpetual Calendar by Bvlgari quickly made headlines, winning the prestigious Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève that same year. The original models were offered in sandblasted titanium and platinum, followed by a CarbonGold edition in 2023. This extraordinary timepiece remains the world’s thinnest perpetual calendar watch currently available, powered by an in-house automatic calibre measuring just 2.75 mm thick.

After appearing in titanium, platinum, and CarbonGold, the Octo Finissimo Perpetual Calendar is now available for the first time in full rose gold from the case and dial to the integrated bracelet and folding clasp.

The iconic angular octagonal case, crafted from sandblasted 18K rose gold, lends the watch a modern architectural aesthetic that distinguishes it from the more traditional round perpetual calendars. Measuring 40 mm in diameter and only 5.80 mm thick, the case owes its slender profile to the ultra-thin movement within.

The crown is seamlessly integrated into the case profile and features a black ceramic insert for added durability and a refined tactile experience.

The sandblasted 18K rose gold dial, matching the case, is remarkably thin at just 0.3 mm. This exceptional timepiece represents a unique fusion of Italian design flair and Swiss mechanical excellence. The warmth and elegance of rose gold elevate the watch's minimalist appeal, offering a statement of discreet luxury.

Brown hands and indexes provide subtle contrast, while the perpetual calendar display showcases Bvlgari’s technical mastery. Retrograde jump-back indicators display the date and leap year at 12 and 6 o’clock, respectively, with the day and month shown at 4 and 7 o’clock.

Through the sapphire crystal case back, the ultra-thin automatic calibre BVL 305 is revealed, equipped with a micro-rotor. It delivers a robust 60-hour power reserve and operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz). This perpetual calendar movement, at just 2.75 mm thick, requires no adjustment until the year 2100.

The watch is fitted with an integrated sandblasted 18K rose gold bracelet, secured with a three-blade folding clasp. It is priced at EUR 119,000 (approximately AED 511,000).
