Bvlgari & MB&F Reimagine the Iconic Serpenti

Collaborations in watchmaking often bring together the creativity of a brand and its chosen partner, whether they be artists, athletes, or designers. However, it’s far rarer to see two well-known watchmaking powerhouses join forces. The partnership between Bvlgari and MB&F is a fascinating case, as both brands serve as creative forces in the industry with anything they put their hands on.

Their latest collaboration, the Bvlgari x MB&F Serpenti, follows their 2021 partnership, which resulted in the MB&F x Bvlgari LM FlyingT Allegra launched at Dubai Watch Week. This time, the two brands reinterpret Bvlgari’s iconic Serpenti through the mechanical artistry of MB&F’s horological machines, merging biomorphic design with high-complication watchmaking in a way that only they can.

Introducing Ulysse Nardin Unveils The Blast[Amoureuxpeintre]

A limited edition in a collaboration with designer Amoureuxpeintre

Ulysse Nardin is renowned for its innovative designs, high-quality materials, and precision movements, earning its place among the world's finest watchmakers. In a bold new collaboration, Ulysse Nardin partners with Kyrgyzstan designer Amoureuxpeintre to create the Blast [Amoureuxpeintre], a timepiece that seamlessly blends minimalist artistry with cutting-edge horology.

First introduced in 2020, the Blast collection is known for its bold, angular cases, skeletonized dials, and futuristic designs. The Blast [Amoureuxpeintre] stays true to the collection’s core identity while offering a more subdued and artistic interpretation. Inspired by frosted glass and blurred silhouettes, this limited-edition piece showcases a refined aesthetic that bridges the realms of art and watchmaking.

The watch features a 42mm anthracite PVD titanium case with a sandblasted finish, giving it a sleek and modern appearance. The dial is protected by sapphire crystal, while the case back, crafted from frosted sapphire, is engraved with Amoureuxpeintre’s signature.

Departing from the typical skeletonized designs of the Blast lineup, the Blast [Amoureuxpeintre] showcases a frosted sapphire skeleton dial. This distinctive design subtly reveals the movement beneath, while the anthracite hands, partially filled with grey Superluminova, ensure excellent readability even in low-light conditions.

At the heart of the watch is the in-house Manufacture Calibre UN-371. This hand-wound movement incorporates advanced silicon components, including the balance wheelescapement wheel, anchor, and balance spring. Operating at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz), it offers an impressive 96-hour power reserve.

The watch is paired with a grey Alcantara strap, secured by an anthracite PVD titanium sandblasted tang buckle. Limited to just 29 pieces, each watch is individually numbered on a small plaque on the case side. Priced at CHF 31,000, approximately AED 126,200.
