Elegant and feminine releases in steel or bicolor steel & gold
Watches have long been a symbol of creativity and innovation, reflecting the intricate craftsmanship and ingenuity that goes into their creation. One German watch manufacturer, MeisterSinger, has pursued the art of making exceptional mechanical timepieces. Renowned for its distinctive use of a single hand on its dials, MeisterSinger creates a unique, minimalist time-telling experience that stands out from conventional designs. This year, the brand is launching a new collection of women's watches named "Yaara," which is set apart by its elegant design in stainless steel or a striking bicolor steel and gold hue.
The name "Yaara" holds significance in various cultures, in Persian, it translates to "courage" and "strength," while in Brazilian mythology, it refers to a water and river goddess symbolizing beauty. In Arabic, the name means "little butterfly" or "a beautiful girl." MeisterSinger selected this name for their women's collection to embody a blend of feminine elegance and expressive style. The watch is available with a diameter of 36 mm and a slim thickness of just 9 mm, making it balance nicely on the wrist. It boasts a sapphire crystal on the dial, four-screw closed case back, and is water-resistant up to 50 metre.
The dial of the Yaara features bold two-digit numerals in either gold or silver, complemented by a matching hour hand. A single hand gracefully sweeps across the 12-hour display, with five-minute intervals marking the time. The steel variants are available in three vibrant colors, ice blue, salmon, and mint, while the two-tone versions come in white, grey, and ice blue..
The Yaara is powered by the Swiss-made Sellita SW300 automatic movement, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz) and offering a 42-hour power reserve.
Each watch comes with an integrated stainless steel bracelet, available in full steel or a steel-and-gold hue. The steel variant is priced at EUR 2,790, equivalent to AED 11,500, while the steel-and-gold variant is priced at EUR 2,890, approximately AED 11,850.
