Introducing Farer Introduces Major Updates to Its Aqua Compressor Collection

Three Titanium Editions with New Dials, and for the First Time a Movement by La Joux-Perret

Originally launched in 2017, Farer’s Aqua Compressor collection receives a significant upgrade this year with the introduction of a new generation featuring three refreshed models. This latest release marks a notable shift for the British brand, not only in design and materials, but also in mechanics, as the collection transitions from Sellita movements to a refined calibre by La Joux-Perret.

While the previous Aqua Compressor models were crafted in stainless steel, the new generation is housed entirely in Grade 2 titanium, offering a lightweight yet robust build.

The cases are brushed and polished for the black and green dial versions, while the white dial model debuts a striking navy blue PVD-coated case, a first for the collection.

The case measures 41mm in diameter and 12.5mm in height, topped with a double-domed sapphire crystal featuring internal anti-reflective coating.

Signature twin screw-down titanium crowns, located at 2 and 4 o’clock, feature signed bronze caps. Time setting is managed via the 2 o’clock crown, while the 4 o’clock crown controls the unidirectional internal rotating bezel. Water resistance is rated to 300 metres, with a secondary rating of 100 metres when the crowns are unscrewed, thanks to dual crown gaskets.

The collection offers three distinct dial options, the Endeavour Ocean Blue: White dial with a subtle wavy texture, paired with navy blue hands and indices (non-luminous) and a fully lumed background.

Hecla Hunter Green: Green dial with a stamped grid pattern, Lumicast indices and Arabic numerals, a blend of ceramic and X2 Super-LumiNova for enhanced brightness.

Classic Endeavour: Black grained dial with applied indices and lume-filled hands, offering a clean and timeless look.

Powering the new collection is the La Joux-Perret G101 automatic movement, finished to soignée standards and adjusted in four positions. It beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and offers a robust 68-hour power reserve. Visible through the case back, the movement features a graphite-grey PVD coating, Côtes de Genève décoration, and a custom rotor adorned with golden wave motifs.

The three models are joining the brand’s permanent collection, each paired with a colour-matched rubber strap. Pricing is set at EUR 1,375 (approx. AED 5,850) for the Endeavour and Hecla models, and EUR 1,425 (approx. AED 6,060) for the Endeavour Ocean Blue edition.
