Louis Erard Collaborates with GoS on the Latest Edition of Le Régulateur

In December 2021, Louis Erard and GoS Watches were brought together by Manuel Emch, the visionary behind Louis Erard's strategic revival and creative transformation. He found a kindred spirit in Patrik Sjögren, watchmaker and founder of the Swedish atelier GoS, renowned for its mastery of Damascus steel.

Together, they envisioned a timepiece that would seamlessly blend the essence of both Maisons: the technical precision and aesthetic refinement of the Swiss Jura, married to the artistry of a Swedish forge, where Damascus steel is meticulously crafted into mesmerizing patterns through an almost alchemical process.

Cuvette

Is a cover or back of the watch case that is used to protect the movement or internal components of the watch. It is typically made of metal and designed to fit the watch movement comfortably, providing a protective barrier against dust, moisture, and other external elements. The cuvette can be opened or removed to access the movement for maintenance or adjustments. It often features engravings or markings that provide information about the watch, such as the brand, model, serial number, or decorative designs.
