Cerachrom

Cerachrom is a ceramic alloy developed and patented by Rolex in 2005. It is used primarily for the bezels of Rolex watches, particularly in their professional models. The name "Cerachrom" is a combination of the words "ceramic" and "chrom," with "chrom" meaning color in Greek. Rolex's proprietary Cerachrom material offers a combination of physical durability and aesthetic appeal, making it a desirable feature in their timepieces.
