A 39mm case with new colors, still maintaining doxa's iconic design
Doxa is known for its diver's watches and rose to fame with the launch of its iconic SUB collection in 1967. Since then, the brand has released an array of models inspired by its iconic timepieces, such as the elegant SUB 300β Sharkhunter and the new SUB 300β Collection featuring a ceramic bezel. Now, on the occasion of Geneva Watch Week 2024, the brand is releasing the SUB 200T, a collection that offers a new take on the brand's classic Sub 300 design in a smaller 39mm case, available in a variety of colors.

From its name, the latest model boasts a water resistance of 200 meters, featuring a case size of 39mm, a thickness of 10.7mm, and a lug-to-lug distance of 41.5mm. The stainless steel case has a closed case back, a unidirectional bezel, a screw-down crown, and a sapphire crystal treated with an anti-reflective coating.
For those unfamiliar with Doxa, the brand places great emphasis on its color selections, and the Sub 200T will be launched in eight distinct colors. Among those colors are Professional orange, Sharkhunter black, and Searambler silver, Divingstar yellow, Caribbean navy blue.

Aquamarine turquoise, and Whitepearl white, available with a choice of iconic or sunray dials. However, Doxa adds another color named Sea Emerald, a beautiful sunray green dial. The dial of SUB 200T features an oversized minute hand, block-shaped indices, and at the 3 o'clock position lies the date window, showcasing a white disc with black numerals.
The new SUB 200T is powered by the Sellita SW200-1, an automatic movement operating at 28,800 vph (4Hz) and providing a power reserve of 38 hours. All variants are available with a choice of a rubber strap (CHF 1,450, AED 5,900) or the signature 'beads of rice' stainless steel bracelet (CHF 1,490, AED 6,000), making them affordably priced for a diver's watch inspired by an icon.
