A new chronograph with black aesthetics
The Swiss brand Delma has long been known for its durable, performance-driven timepieces designed to withstand adventures on both land and sea. Over the decades, the brand has carved a niche for itself with robust dive watches and motorsport chronographs. Building on that legacy, Delma expands its renowned Montego collection with the Montego Black Edition, a stealthy, blacked-out take on its signature chronograph.
The watch features a 42mm black DLC-coated stainless steel case, measuring 16.2mm thick. Its scratch-resistant coating ensures long-lasting durability, making it a reliable companion for high-octane pursuits. Turn the watch over, and a transparent caseback offers a view of the movement within. Thanks to its screw-down crown and solid construction, the Montego Black Edition is water-resistant to 200 meters.
The black sunray-brushed dial is paired with snailed sub-dials, chronograph counters at 12 and 6 o'clock, and a small seconds display at 9 o’clock. Buyers can choose from neon blue, yellow, or red accents, giving each model a distinct character. White SL BGW9 Super-LumiNova hands and indexes ensure optimal readability in low-light conditions. A day-date window and the Delma logo sit neatly at 3 o’clock.
Inside, the watch is powered by the Sellita SW500, an automatic movement operating at 28,800 vph (4 Hz) with a robust 62-hour power reserve. The movement's rotor is finished with Côtes de Genève and engraved with Delma’s name.

Completing the package is a black DLC-coated five-link stainless steel bracelet, secured with a deployant clasp with pushers for added safety. The Montego Black Edition joins Delma’s permanent collection, priced at CHF 2,878, approximately AED 12,700.
