Three elegant and sporty timepieces that expands the iconic collection
Baume & Mercier is a Swiss brand renowned for creating elegant timepieces that offer good-quality at an affordable price. This commitment to craftsmanship and accessibility has made Baume & Mercier a popular choice among watch enthusiasts seeking elegance without the hefty price tag. This year, the brand expands its famous Riviera collection, and introduces new models featuring stunning dial designs.
Following the recent introduction of the Riviera Acier-Titane 10769 with its striking blue aesthetics, Baume & Mercier is unveiling the Riviera 10763, a captivating addition to the collection. This model features a 42mm stainless steel case paired with a dark-green lacquered dial, a date window at 3 o’clock, accented by tone-on-tone "wave" decorations, Roman numerals, and Dauphine hands, all coated with Super-LumiNova for enhanced readability.
The Sapphire crystal is surrounded by a sandblasted steel-ADLC bezel that is secured by four functional screws. The watch is powered by a Swiss-made automatic movement operating at 28,800 vph (4Hz), and offers a 38-hour power reserve. It comes with an interchangeable black rubber strap, and is priced at AED 12,400.
The second release is another green model, but this time with a dial made from smoky green sapphire crystal, offering a glimpse of the movement and date wheel, with a date window positioned at 3 o'clock. Housed in a 39mm stainless steel case that measures 10.21 mm in thickness, this model features Baume & Mercier's signature dodecagonal shape with twelve sides and a four-screw bezel.
The watch is powered by the Baumatic manufacture movement, introduced in 2017, which operates at 28,800 vph (4Hz) and boasts an impressive 120-hour power reserve. Paired with a sporty stainless steel bracelet, this timepiece is priced at AED 15,300.
The final addition to the Riviera collection is designed for today's discerning women, featuring a 36mm stainless steel case with a sleek 9.57mm thickness. This elegant watch stands out with its striking wavy orange terracotta dial, a trendy and modern hue. The dial also features hands and indices coated with Super-LumiNova for enhanced visibility.
