Blending Tradition, Innovation and Community in the Heart of Dubai

Dubai Watch Week, the prestigious global event celebrating the art and science of time, is set to host its 6th edition under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), and Member of the Dubai Council. Scheduled to run from the 16th to the 20th of November 2023, the event will take place at The Gate, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Renowned for facilitating the intersection of horology with design, fashion, and art, this year's iteration promises a blend of tradition, innovation, and community. With the participation of over 55 leading watch brands, the event is set to surpass its previous records, marking the highest participation in its history. The line-up for the event includes illustrious names such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, TUDOR, Hublot, Chopard, Ulysse Nardin, Girard-Perregaux, Van Cleef & Arpels, CHANEL, and WatchBox, alongside other prestigious brands. These brands will showcase their products and heritage in stand-alone spaces, spanning over an impressive 100,000 sq. ft.

In 2021, Dubai Watch Week attracted over 16,000 guests, reflecting the event's popularity and influence in the global luxury and horology industry. The 6th edition is set to build upon this success by driving awareness and education while attracting watch enthusiasts and the general public alike. The event is shaping up to be a landmark celebration, featuring a diverse and expansive programme, making it appealing to a wider audience.

Hind Seddiqi, Director General of Dubai Watch Week, expresses her vision for the event, "The 6th edition is shaping up to be the largest iteration of the event yet, underpinned by collaboration and cultural elements, as we celebrate Curious Confluence and the intersection of industries further. We are grateful to our partners and the participating brands this year and look forward to collaborating with them to create the most unique and immersive edition yet."

The Dubai Watch Week is not just about the spectacle of luxurious timepieces; it's also a hub for thought-provoking discussions and creative collaborations. The Horology Forum, Creative Hubs, and Masterclasses will return this year, along with new watch launches and debates, designed to foster discussion and camaraderie among attendees.

A key feature of the Dubai Calendar, the event will offer an array of entertainment, including new food and beverage concepts, craftsmanship, technology-driven activations, and unique pieces in the Brands Exhibition, particularly from the MB&F M.A.D Gallery.
